Bluelight, a leading software consultancy, seeks a Business Analyst to translate client problems into clear, buildable requirements and to sit between clients, our product team, and engineers. You’ll run discovery, map processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and help scope and estimate new projects, maintenance work, and internal products, ensuring what we ship solves the intended problem.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role on software projects.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions and turn ambiguous input into structured requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English; capable of leading client meetings with US stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira; familiarity with Figma and collaborative docs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals and pain points.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, data definitions, and rules.
• Break scope into epics and stories to support accurate estimation.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Partner with Product Manager to prioritise and groom the backlog.
• Coordinate with UI/UX in Figma to ensure flows match requirements.
