EPAM is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with business units, product managers, and users to document comprehensive requirements and translate them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.

You will facilitate communication between technical teams and business units throughout the software development lifecycle and support UAT to ensure delivered software meets business needs.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1+).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC.
• Experience documenting requirements using Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business units, product managers, and users to gather, clarify, and document comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze as-is business processes, identify pain points or inefficiencies, and design optimal to-be workflows to streamline operations.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise, and structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, using Gherkin/BDD where appropriate, for the development backlog.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating communication and managing expectations throughout the SDLC.
• Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and business users to validate that delivered software meets original business requirements, including support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
