Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Trainee to join our team in Mexico. This entry-level role focuses on gathering requirements, documenting BRD, FRD, and translating business needs into clear user stories and process flows.

You will assist senior analysts, support UAT, and collaborate with development, QA, and business teams. Proficiency with Excel, SQL or BI tools and a willingness to learn Agile/Scrum practices are key to success.

Responsabilidades

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Assist senior Business Analysts in gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
• Participate in requirement-gathering meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and basic business models.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure clear requirements.
• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating results, and tracking issues.
• Maintain requirement documentation and project-related reports.
• Assist with data analysis and prepare reports using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
• Learn and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
