EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders with software developers. You will elicit high-quality requirements, map current workflows, and craft clear user stories with acceptance criteria, using Gherkin/BDD where applicable.

You will collaborate with product managers, QA, and users across international teams, drive SDLC activities, and ensure delivered software maximizes business value. Fluency in English and Agile experience are required.

Formación

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT or software development.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and sprint cycles.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio or similar.
• Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Retail industries.
• Excellent English proficiency (B2+).

Responsabilidades

We are seeking a structured Senior Business Analyst to join our engineering department. In this role, you will be the key translator between our business stakeholders and our software development teams. Your primary objective will be to understand complex business problems, analyze current workflows, and elicit detailed, high-quality requirements that our engineers can seamlessly transform into working software.
