Cacheflow is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to lead the visual execution of our brand initiatives and create high-impact designs that bring our personality, values, and vision to life. You will shape our visual identity, drive creative excellence, and ensure a cohesive brand experience across touchpoints, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and leadership to translate strategy into compelling visuals.

• 5+ years of experience in brand design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns, identity systems, and art direction.
• Experience leading creative projects, teams, or mentoring designers.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI and motion design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to defend design decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of brand visuals for campaigns, launches, and initiatives.
• Define and evolve the visual language and brand expression.
• Ensure consistency and high quality across all brand executions.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and leadership to translate objectives into creative solutions.
