The Senior Designer at Entrepreneurs' Organization leads high-quality visual design across EO's digital, print, web, campaign, and branded member experiences. This role serves as a senior creative partner to internal stakeholders, translating strategy into elevated, on-brand creative that strengthens EO's global presence.

They help raise creative quality, mentor designers and freelancers, and build scalable brand systems for regions, chapters, and audiences worldwide.

Formación

• 5-7 years of relevant design experience across digital, print, brand, and campaign work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and strong proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, digital, and editorial design craft.
• Experience designing responsive web pages, landing pages, and digital experiences.
• Experience mentoring or directing junior designers and freelancers.

Responsabilidades

• Design digital campaigns, email, social media, web pages, and event materials.
• Create print-ready assets including signage, collateral, reports, and banners.
• Design responsive web pages and digital experiences aligned with brand goals.
• Translate briefs into concepts balancing creativity with business needs.
