Sequoia in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our creative team, supporting visual storytelling, design systems, and brand coherence across Sequoia’s multi-brand portfolio. You will craft visual identities, campaigns, illustrations, and motion graphics that strengthen each brand while ensuring cohesion across Canopy’s ecosystem.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in visual design, branding, and digital marketing design.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to apply design systems across multiple formats.
• Experience leading campaigns from concept to completion with high polish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop visual design systems, campaigns, illustrations, and motion graphics for web and digital channels across Canopy brands.
• Lead campaign creative from concept to delivery, including art direction and final quality control.
• Use AI tools to support ideation, workflows, and production efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand systems across Sequoia, Canopy, Transform, and Semper Virens, turning them into scalable design solutions.
• Maintain visual consistency across digital channels while respecting each brand’s identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative work with briefs, branding standards, goals, and timelines.
