Integon, part of The Allstate Corporation, seeks a Lead Business Intelligence Developer to drive data warehouse design and BI modernization. The role focuses on dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms, collaborating with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.

You will own data ingestion, orchestration, and governance, while delivering robust BI assets and performance-tuned dashboards. Prior leadership and cloud experience preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or BI.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and T‑SQL Development.
• Experience with SSIS and Enterprise Data Warehousing concepts.
• Design of Star and Snowflake schemas for reporting and analytics.
• Hands-on with Python, PySpark, and Spark-based processing.
• Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and DAX development.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and ingestion frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise data warehouses.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using modern tools.
• Develop data ingestion, transformation and orchestration via Microsoft Fabric.
• Create Fabric Data Engineering workloads: pipelines, notebooks, lakehouses, warehouses, OneLake.
• Model robust dimensional schemas to support analytics and reporting.
• Develop complex T‑SQL code and optimize performance.
• Build Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
