Sur Global seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to own and evolve a cloud-based data and reporting ecosystem. You will stabilize and re-architect pipelines, dashboards, and integrations across core platforms to deliver accurate, timely data for leadership across Operations, Finance, People and Talent, and Sales.

This role is foundational as AI is embedded into our workflows. You will manage the GCP data environment (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Scheduler, Run, Storage), develop Python ETL

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in BI, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering
• Strong Python development for ETL pipelines
• Advanced SQL skills in cloud data warehouses
• Experience designing and building Tableau dashboards from the ground up
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Active use of AI in engineering workflows (e.g., Copilot, Claude)
• English proficiency at B2 or above

Responsabilidades

• Own and architect the GCP data environment (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage)
• Build and maintain Python ETL pipelines from Toggl, Rippling, Xero, and Salesforce into BigQuery
• Own the Tableau dashboard portfolio end-to-end (connections, SQL, refreshes, QA, documentation)
• Create dashboards for executive, director, and operational audiences
• Ensure data integrity across pipelines, dashboards, and source systems
• Be the first point of contact when dashboards break or pipelines fail
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, People and Talent, Sales, and IT
