CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, is seeking a Backend Software Engineer in Monterrey. You will develop scalable RESTful services and event-driven systems using Go Lang or Java, collaborating with local and partner teams on end-to-end features.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, strong software engineering fundamentals, and familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, and observability tools.

Formación

• Degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years building RESTful services and event-driven apps.
• Strong grasp of design patterns, data modeling, and algorithms.
• Experience with Go and/or Java and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, and observability tools.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with teams to design end-to-end features.
• Contribute to agile planning and delivery processes.
• Build scalable RESTful services and event-driven systems.
• Work with cloud infra and databases, following secure coding practices.
• Ensure code quality via unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify performance issues and optimize solutions.
• Instrument code with metrics, alerts, and dashboards.
• Adhere to engineering best practices and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with other engineers on system design and reviews.
