ConsultFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, is seeking a Software Engineer II - Java (AWS/ Spring Boot / Cloud) in Mexico with 3+ years of backend experience. You will design, build, and maintain scalable services and microservices powering enterprise platforms.

You’ll work with Java, Spring Boot, AWS/GCP, Docker and Kubernetes in an Agile environment, delivering reliable software and contributing to CI/CD and cloud migration initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional backend software development
• Strong experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Spanner, or similar databases
• Experience with JSON/XML and service-based integrations
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services that support enterprise digital platforms and business operations.
• Develop high-quality software using Java and Spring Boot, following clean code principles and modern engineering standards.
• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs used across internal and customer-facing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Participate in the design, development, and delivery of applications within Agile/SCRUM development environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD and cloud migration initiatives to improve engineering efficiency and deployment reliability.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to build scalable, resilient services.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to support modern deployment pipelines.
• Work with messaging systems such as Kafka or SQS to support event-driven architecture.
