Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) and MGA operations, based in Mexico with remote-first collaboration. You will drive requirements analysis, platform configuration, and end-to-end lifecycle support from underwriting to renewals.

You will work with underwriters, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex insurance needs into actionable configurations, stories, and acceptance criteria, while promoting agile delivery.

Qualifications

Eight+ years of business analysis experience in commercial insurance.
Experience with MGA models and delegated underwriting workflows.
Knowledge of end-to-end insurance lifecycle, including rating, binding, and policy issuance.

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and socialize business requirements for commercial insurance platform implementations.
Translate requirements into Sure Commercial configurations and user stories.
Support SIT/UAT, define test scenarios, and coordinate sign-off with stakeholders.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout delivery.
