CoverGo is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our remote-first team. You will collaborate with clients and technical resources to define business problems and craft practical analytical solutions, design business processes, and gather requirements through sessions and interviews.

You will also document requirements, create test scenarios, and support QA/UAT through release phases. Applicants should have 5+ years in business analysis, a degree in Business/IT, and strong English

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
• Degree in Business, IT or relevant field.
• Experience in health insurance industry is required.
• Insurtech experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile/scrum prioritization and epics/sprints.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, requirements gathering and UAT skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Technical writing skills is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.
• Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
• Make recommendations to improve and support business activities.
• Gather requirements via sessions and interviews and document client complex requirements and processes.
• Create test case scenarios and oversee testing to ensure client requirements are reflected in the design.
• Develop business requirements documents and user stories for required modifications.
• May plan, allocate and monitor work of other business analysts.
• Understand systems and data to surface actionable insights and support decisions.
• Assist in providing time estimates for project tasks.
• Update process and procedural documentation.
