CoverGo is hiring a Business Analyst for fully remote work. You will collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business problems, document requirements, and design effective process changes across health insurance domains. Experience with Agile and UAT is essential.

You will contribute to BRDs, user stories, and testing while supporting project planning and documentation. This role offers international exposure and ongoing learning opportunities.

Formación

• Experience defining requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and UAT testing.

Responsabilidades

• Gather business requirements and document client processes.
• Analyze and design business process improvements and system modifications.
• Create and manage test cases; supervise testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop user stories and BRDs to support system changes.
• Assist in time estimates and update procedural documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Support QA, UAT, and release activities throughout the project.
