Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive verify/validate experience across vehicle ECUs
• Deep understanding of automotive networks, protocols, and timing
• Proficient with CANoe and CANalyzer for test setups and log analysis
• Experience working from a collaborative office environment with cross-functional teams
• Fluent English for documentation and technical discussions

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end automotive verification and validation activities for electronic control systems ensuring coverage of functional safety and performance requirements
• Oversee creation and optimization of detailed test strategies and test plans for automotive protocols aligning test scope with system requirements and timeline commitments
• Provide guidance on design and execution of test cases using CANoe and CANalyzer ensuring accurate simulation monitoring and analysis of networks and protocol behavior
• Coordinate defect identification documentation and triage by collaborating with development teams to drive timely resolution
• Execute regression and robustness testing to validate fixes and assess system stability
• Analyze test results and logs from automotive tools to detect anomalies and prepare evidence for issue reporting
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to prioritize test activities manage risk areas and align with customer expectations
• Manage daily test operations from office including resource allocation environment readiness and status reporting
• Conduct reviews of test artefacts such as requirements traceability matrices and coverage reports
• Support planning and execution of on site test activities when travel is required
• Drive continuous improvement of verification processes by proposing enhancements to test frameworks automation approaches and documentation
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and quality policies while promoting disciplined testing and data driven decisions
• Communicate clearly in English in written and spoken forms to present test findings and align project teams
