SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized automotive software and embedded engineering profiles, partnering with global and local stakeholders to scale software engineering capabilities.

You will conduct competency-based interviews in English and Spanish, leverage ATS and sourcing platforms, and manage offers and market benchmarking in Mexico.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of automotive tech stacks and standards.
• Experience recruiting passive candidates for engineering roles.
• Ability to translate complex client needs into talent pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition for high-complexity engineering profiles.
• Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and niche platforms across Mexico and LATAM.
• Partner with Technical Directors and Engineering Leads to define requirements.
