Regal Rexnord is seeking a senior automation leader to drive large-scale manufacturing improvements onsite at our Ciudad Juárez facility. You will guide projects from design through implementation, leveraging automation to meet quality standards and reduce costs.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial automation, strong PLC/Robots/HMI skills, and proficiency in C++, Python, and other high-level languages. English proficiency is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor in electrical engineering, automation, controls engineering, maintenance or related field required.
• Master degree will be a plus.
• +5 years of experience in industrial automation and machinery integration.
• Proficient in programming PLC, Robots, and HMI.
• Knowledge of high level programming languages: C++, Python, Assembly, Java & Shell Script.
• Good project management and project financial justification skills.
• Knowledge of electric motor manufacturing and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• English written and spoken +75%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all phases of large-scale process or manufacturing improvement projects.
• Ensure project completion on time and within cost.
• Implements process improvements to meet quality standards including automation concepts.
• Designs and conducts feasibility studies and solves problems.
• Ensures documentation is complete and communicates to personnel.
• Serves as an expert resource to engineers and coordinates work on assigned projects.
