• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• Hands-on industrial automation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Experience supporting new product introduction and adoption of manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to analyze process and equipment performance data and drive improvements.
• Strong leadership and communication to influence teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation projects to improve equipment reliability, process capability, and production performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment, materials, and processes; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support the introduction of new automated equipment, technologies, and products into manufacturing operations.
• Train engineers, technicians, operators, and trades personnel on automation systems and best practices.
