TAXAN SWE in San Luis Potosí is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to validate processes and ensure products meet customer requirements across assemblies and components. You will coordinate risk management studies under ISO 14971, manage change control, supervise design and manufacturing support, and lead first article evaluations and operator training.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with EMS or electronics manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Validate processes and products to ensure customer requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for risk management per ISO 14971.
• Follow change control for design and production configurations.
• Understand customer design requirements and assist in solving technical problems.
• Write technical documents and train operators on new products.
• Lead sample builds and first article production with approvals.
