Citi is seeking an Architecture Lead Analyst to shape the technology strategy across digital platforms. You will oversee complex IT architecture projects, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and mentor junior engineers.

You will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams, drive adherence to standards (CMS, microservices, cloud), and stay current with tech trends to guide the bank’s digital architecture.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or higher in a related field; masters preferred.
• Experience with CMS migrations (e.g. OpenText/Adobe Experience Manager).
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET, Python, PHP and modern web frameworks.

The Architecture Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities

• Executes the architectural vision for all IT systems through major, complex IT architecture projects; ensures that architecture conforms to enterprise blueprints.
• Develops technology road maps, while keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies, and recommends business directions based on these technologies.
• Provides technical leadership and is responsible for developing components of, or the overall systems design.
• Translates complex business problems into sound technical solutions.
• Applies hardware engineering and software design theories and principles in researching, designing, and developing product hardware and software interfaces.
• Provides integrated systems planning and recommends innovative technologies that will enhance the current system.
• Recommends appropriate desktop, computer platform, and communication links required to support IT goals and strategy.
• Exhibits good knowledge of how own specialism contributes to the business and good understanding of competitors products and services.
• Acts as an advisor or mentor to junior team members.
• Requires sophisticated analytical thought to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations.
• Impacts the architecture function by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services.
• Guides, influences and persuades others with developed communication and diplomacy skills.
• Performs other job duties and functions as assigned
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Responsable de definir, diseñar y supervisar la arquitectura tecnológica de las plataformas digitales del sitio web, asegurando escalabilidad, seguridad, disponibilidad y alineación con los objetivos del negocio. Lidera la implementación de estándares, mejores prácticas y guías técnicas que garanticen el óptimo rendimiento del sitio web. Definir la dirección técnica de los proyectos, tomar decisiones sobre la arquitectura de software y comprender cómo estas soluciones se alinean con los objetivos a largo plazo de la organización

Responsabilidades

• Definir la arquitectura tecnológica del sitio web (infraestructura, frameworks, integraciones).
• Liderar proyectos estratégicos (migraciones, rediseños, integraciones con sistemas)
• Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y calidad.
• Coordinar con líderes de desarrollo y equipos afines, la seguridad y operaciones para garantizar soluciones robustas y alineadas a las necesidades del Banco.
• Evaluar e implementar nuevas tecnologías (CMS, frameworks, microservicios, cloud, APIs, otros)
• Diseñar y mantener lineamientos técnicos para el desarrollo y mantenimiento web.
• Asegurar la seguridad, escalabilidad y disponibilidad del sitio
• Dar soporte técnico en proyectos estratégicos (rediseños, migraciones, integraciones con terceros).
• Colaborar con las áreas de negocio para traducir requerimientos en soluciones técnicas.

Formación Académica & Conocimientos técnicos

• Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Computación o afín (deseable posgrado en TI)
• Conocimiento en migraciones CMS (ej. OpenTExtAdobe Experience Manager)
• Lenguajes: Java, JavaScript, .NET, Python, PHP
• Frameworks web modernos (React, Angular, Vue, Next.js)
• CMS empresariales (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore)
• Arquitecturas: microservicios, APIs REST/GraphQL, serverless
• Infraestructura en la nube (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Seguridad en aplicaciones web (OWASP, IAM, cifrado)

Experiencia Laboral & Habilidades de Liderazgo

• Experiencia: 7+años en desarrollo web y 3+ en roles de arquitectura.
• Liderazgo técnico.
• Visión estratégica, comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y de negocio, pensamiento estratégico y visión a largo plazo.
• Capacidad para priorizar y gestionar múltiples proyectos.
• Garantizar la calidad y eficiencia de las soluciones, asegurando que se sigan los estándares técnicos y las buenas prácticas establecidas.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tecnologías, estar dispuesto a explorar nuevas ideas y adoptar soluciones innovadoras.
• Despejar dificultades y guiar a los desarrolladores en la solución de problemas
