Regal Rexnord is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to manage vendor invoices in SAP for Mexico and the U.S., ensuring accurate tax compliance and timely payments. The role is fully onsite at Regal Rexnord offices, requiring collaboration with cross-border teams and strict adherence to internal controls.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in AP, SAP experience, and knowledge of CFDI and U.S. invoicing standards. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential for this role.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience using SAP.
• AP for Mexico and the U.S., including taxes, withholdings, and invoicing standards.

Mansioni

• Process, validate, and record vendor invoices in SAP for Mexico and U.S. operations.
• Ensure invoices comply with CFDI in Mexico and standard documentation in the U.S.
• Manage invoice approval workflows and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs (wire transfers, checks).
• Reconcile accounts payable and vendor statements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master data in SAP.
• Support month-end close activities and audits.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal policies.
• Generate AP aging reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
