Kellanova is seeking a Sr. Reporting & Analytics Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance customer service and supply chain performance in Querétaro.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in reporting and analytics for customer service, supply chain, or shared services.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and BI/data-visualization tools (Power BI, Power Query).
- English fluency required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and validate recurring and ad hoc reports for North America Customer Service and Order-to-Delivery teams.
- Build analytics solutions using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate to improve reporting capabilities.
- Identify trends, root causes, and performance gaps; troubleshoot data-quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver analytics solutions.
- Support analytics projects, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
