Whirlpool Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Senior Analyst MX Import Operations to drive strategic improvements of the import process for manufacturing plants. You will oversee relationships with customs brokers, 3PLs, and logistics providers, owning end-to-end operations from origin to delivery.

Responsibilities include optimizing costs, enhancing in-transit visibility, and leading data-driven initiatives while coordinating with global teams to meet KPIs and budget goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business management or related field.
• 2+ years at the same company.
• Professional presence in an office setting and strong communication.
• English and Spanish language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and carriers to exceed business goals.
• Improve Intransit reporting and visibility for operations and finance.
• Investigate root causes and drive corrective actions to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate resolution with suppliers, ocean carriers, foreign trade, and warehouses.
• Introduce efficiency to balance cost and service objectives.
• Use data-driven solutions and measure impact of initiatives.
• Maintain strong customer service with timely communications.
• Oversee and optimize a $30M+ transportation budget.
• Lead annual transportation bids with carriers and Procurement.
• Cross-train on all import operations processes for coverage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements.
