Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced aerospace repair engineer to perform stress analyses on metallic aircraft structures, develop repair solutions, and ensure airworthiness across fleets. The role requires hands-on DTA experience and strong documentation skills.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staying aligned with engineering standards and maintenance publications, while leveraging advanced English communication to coordinate with international teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Repair Engineering experience on aircraft structures.
• 3-5 years of Stress Engineering experience in aerospace/aviation.
• At least 2 years performing Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA).
• Strong knowledge of metallic aircraft structures, repair design and structural assessment methods.
• Experience interpreting and updating aircraft structural repair documentation.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform aircraft stress analysis for metallic structures including static strength, durability, and damage tolerance assessments.
• Develop, review, and validate repair solutions to ensure airworthiness and compliance with standards.
• Prepare and update technical documentation including SRMs and maintenance publications.
• Generate and review stress analysis reports related to repair designs and allowable damage limits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support fleet maintenance and structural integrity initiatives.
