Softtek seeks a Lead of AI Transformation in Mexico City (CDMX) to drive identifying, designing, and implementing AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role partners with U.S.-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams to transform processes via AI, automation, and digital technologies.

The candidate will lead AI initiatives, manage stakeholders, and translate business objectives into scalable tech solutions while ensuring security and enterprise alignment.

Qualifications

• Advanced English (C1/C2) with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
• Must be currently based in Mexico City (CDMX).
• Proven experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React.js/Next.js, Node.js, and modern web architectures.
• Familiarity with identity management and enterprise security practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution roadmaps.
• Develop and oversee implementation plans that drive adoption and measurable results.
• Ensure successful integration of AI capabilities across existing platforms and systems.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure business impact and value realization.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the transformation lifecycle.
