The candidate will lead AI initiatives, manage stakeholders, and translate business objectives into scalable tech solutions while ensuring security and enterprise alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced English (C1/C2) with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
• Must be currently based in Mexico City (CDMX).
• Proven experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React.js/Next.js, Node.js, and modern web architectures.
• Familiarity with identity management and enterprise security practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

About the Role

This role will partner with U.S.-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams to transform business processes through AI, automation, and modern digital technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced English (C1/C2) with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.

• Strong hands-on experience with:
