EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead AI/ML Developer to architect LLM/NLP pipelines that analyze transcripts for compliance and generate scores with rationales. You will shape prompt and workflow patterns while ensuring secure AWS deployments with robust monitoring and governance.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate compliance rubrics into clear, actionable model behaviors and build automated evaluation frameworks for quality and risk.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development focused on AI/ML
• Strong NLP/GenAI capabilities
• Proficient in Python for building AI workflows
• Experience deploying AI/ML services on AWS
• English proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate level

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement LLM/NLP pipelines for transcript analysis and compliance scoring with rationales
• Develop automated evaluation frameworks for quality, hallucination risk and consistency
• Establish secure AWS-based deployments with logging, monitoring and governance workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate compliance rubrics into concrete model behaviors
