EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead AI Software Engineer to deliver scalable Python microservices for automated content generation and marketing workflows. You will integrate generative and diffusion models and deploy containerized services on AWS in a fast-moving Kanban environment.

You will drive the optimization of diffusion models, connect pipelines to Python evaluation harnesses, and ensure robust, high-throughput AI workflows with zero regression across model updates.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering with Python backend
• Experience delivering production apps using generative AI, LLMs, and diffusion models
• Hands-on with asynchronous backends like FastAPI and cloud deployment (AWS or GCP)
• Strong Python, FastAPI, and cloud deployment skills (AWS or GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and Git workflows
• MLOps principles in Python and model evaluation pipelines

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Python microservices with FastAPI for automated content and marketing material generation
• Optimize and integrate diffusion models and multimodal generative AI tooling
• Connect generation pipelines to Python-based evaluation harnesses to validate output quality
• Deploy containerized workloads to cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
• Contribute to Kanban discussions, backlog grooming, and rapid feature iteration with architecture leadership
• Deliver high-throughput generative AI pipelines that reduce manual marketing asset creation time
• Ensure model versions integrate into automated evaluation harnesses with zero regression
