Pythian is seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer to define the technical vision, strategy, and architecture for AI/ML solutions. You will lead engineering teams, mentor engineers, and drive technical decision‑making across projects, owning the integration of advanced models, including LLMs, into enterprise products.

Formación

• At least 7–10 years in ML engineering or ML-focused software development.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience across teams.
• Proven track record delivering production ML/AI systems.
• Expert in Python and ML frameworks (TF/PyTorch/Scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architectural design and strategy for high‑performance AI/ML pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Deploy, manage, and scale AI models into production environments.
• Operationalize models with data scientists to production grade systems.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost across cloud/edge targets.
• Integrate AI/ML with major cloud platforms and container tech.
• Implement MLOps: CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Drive stakeholder alignment with senior leadership and product teams.
• Collaborate with software engineers to embed AI into apps and workflows.
• Stay updated on AI/ML research and deployment strategies.
