NTT DATA is seeking a Sr AI ML Engineer to join our Guadalajara team on a remote basis. You will contribute to scalable ML solutions that optimize marketing investments and customer engagement, working with cross‑functional teams to deploy models that drive business value.

You will write Python, PySpark, and SQL, build data pipelines with Spark or Airflow, and participate in model validation and deployment in an agile environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, CS, Engineering, Math or Statistics.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in machine learning or data engineering.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms and real‑world applications.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; PySpark or similar big data tools a plus.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML tools like AWS SageMaker or Databricks.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ML models such as recommendation engines, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, production‑quality code primarily in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows using Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and model insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment alongside product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver data‑driven products.
