3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and deployment of scalable AI agents that automate complex business processes. You will work closely with an AI Architect and Build Lead, integrating data from Snowflake and major systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce.

You will mentor junior Python engineers, develop robust prompts, and ensure ethical and governed AI solutions deployed on AWS. This is a remote-first role with a global impact.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying AI agents in production.
• Experience with LLM APIs (Claude preferred).
• Ability to collaborate with product, data and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and run AI agents that automate business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify GenAI opportunities.
• Connect agents to data sources (Snowflake, NetSuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Asana, PlanHat).
• Develop and refine prompts; ensure governance, security and cost control.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote AI adoption across teams.
