Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and client delivery.

You will work with AI technologies like RAG, LLMs, and Azure AI services to deliver production-ready outcomes for clients in enterprise settings. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong focus on scalable, secure AI deployments are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience building AI-powered applications utilizing LLMs and Generative AI technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging RAG architectures, LLMs, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Build client-facing AI applications using Java and modern cloud-native development practices.
• Integrate and optimize AI platforms including Copilot, Claude, Azure OpenAI, and other Azure AI services.
• Partner directly with clients to translate requirements into technical solutions and accelerate delivery.
• Develop scalable APIs, services, and integrations that enable secure and efficient AI-powered experiences.
• Implement vector search, knowledge retrieval, prompt engineering, and grounding strategies to improve AI solution accuracy and performance.
