Johnson Controls International (JCI) is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead design and deployment of scalable AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, across products and operations.

You will mentor AI engineering teams, shape enterprise AI strategy, and work with data and ML teams to deliver measurable business value. Proficiency with cloud AI platforms and Python/SQL is required.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on AI engineering, data science, or ML experience.
• 1–2 years with LLMs or generative AI technologies.
• Proven track record deploying ML/NLP solutions at scale.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms—Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Hugging Face, or AWS Bedrock.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement advanced ML models including deep learning and LLM-based solutions.
• Develop enterprise search, document summarization, conversational AI, and retrieval-augmented generation use cases.
• Fine-tune or prompt-engineer foundation models for domain-specific applications.
• Evaluate LLM performance, latency, cost, and mitigation of hallucinations in production.
• Collaborate with data/ML engineering to deploy AI in scalable, secure pipelines.
