Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in Aguascalientes to design and deliver AI-powered modernization solutions that transform legacy SAS environments into scalable, cloud-native platforms on Google Cloud.

You will lead the development of intelligent AI agents, leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build production-ready AI solutions that drive measurable business value.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or related technical roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM integration.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly Vertex AI and BigQuery.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and scalable application design.
• Experience developing automation platforms, developer tools, or modernization frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to collaborate effectively in global environments.

Job Description Your Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative AI-powered modernization solutions that help organizations accelerate the transformation of legacy SAS environments into scalable, cloud-native platforms on Google Cloud. You will lead the development of intelligent AI agents, leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build high-impact solutions that combine software engineering, data engineering, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands‑on development expertise, and the ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into robust, production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or related technical roles.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience building and deploying production‑grade AI applications
• Experience with AI agent orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM integration.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly Vertex AI and BigQuery
• Knowledge of cloud‑native architectures, microservices, APIs, and scalable application design.
