Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate production applications on Microsoft Azure. You will work on APIs, data layers, and user interfaces, turning prototypes into secure, scalable systems.

Collaborating with AI/ML, product, CX, and operations teams, you will implement CI/CD, manage real-time features, and ensure observability and data protection across environments. Remote work from Colombia or Mexico is supported.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience building and running production web applications across backend and frontend.
• At least 2 years of experience building and running applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React skills, with working knowledge of Python for AI/ML services.
• Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and queues.
• Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems (WebSockets, streaming, messaging queues).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, including LLM providers.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools like Bicep or Terraform.
• Good testing, monitoring, debugging, and code review practices.
• Track record turning prototypes or AI-generated code into stable production applications with security and testing improvements.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and ability to review outputs.
• Professional written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Based in Colombia or Mexico, with right to work in that country.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services: Develop APIs and services with clear boundaries, automated tests, and code review.
• Build frontend applications: Create client portals, internal consoles, admin screens, and dashboards.
• Take prototypes to production: Review AI-generated and prototype codebases, decide what to keep or rebuild, and prepare them for real users.
• Integrate AI services: Connect AI models and services, including real-time features.
• Run applications on Azure: Manage infrastructure as code and CI/CD across development, staging, and production environments.
• Connect third-party systems: Build integrations with CRMs, ticketing tools, and other platforms.
• Maintain reliability and observability: Implement logging, metrics, tracing, alerts, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Protect data: Implement authentication, multi-tenant isolation, secure secrets management, and safe handling of personal data.
• Document solutions: Maintain clear technical documentation that helps other engineers work effectively.
