Monks is seeking a visionary AI Specialist Sr to join our hybrid team in Mexico City. You will bridge cutting-edge AI developments with social content, experimenting with AI APIs and prototyping tools to lead content strategy for AI enthusiasts.

You will educate internal teams and external audiences, develop internal tools, and create playbooks for integrating AI across strategy, creative, and operations. A strong background in coding with AI/ML APIs and a talent for teaching is essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in coding and hands-on proficiency with AI/ML APIs.
• Master of prompts and AI ecosystems: ability to extract extraordinary results from generative AI tools.
• Natural trainer and explainer: translate complex tech into engaging language and document processes.
• Social-savvy with AI enthusiast communities and advising copywriters on trends.
• Creative problem-solver: use new tech to build internal tools and optimize workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Technical foresight and landscape analysis of AI developments (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Advanced content creation and prototyping using APIs to test capabilities and produce AI-driven content.
• Internal training sessions to educate teams on new AI features.
• Playbook development and documentation for integrating AI tools across departments.
• Education and demystification of AI for external content with clear prompts and API usage.
• Client-facing engagement to demonstrate prompting techniques and AI utilities.
