Requirements
Proven experience facilitating Agile delivery and leading core Scrum ceremonies. Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, including Agile Release Train (ART) and PI planning. Demonstrated ability to maintain and update team dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools. Strong capability in identifying, escalating, and removing impediments to team progress. Excellent communication skills to foster collaborative relationships with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and related management offices. Ability and willingness to work US Central Time (CT) business hours.
