Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to architect, build, and run autonomous agent systems at scale. You will decide runtime, memory, identity, tools, and observability for production AI.

You will lead the adoption of AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Strands/LangGraph agent frameworks, implement memory and context management, and ensure secure, cost-efficient deployments across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production software with at least 1 year deploying LLM-based agents into production.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect systems for building, deploying, and running autonomous agents at scale.
• Lead runtime, memory, identity, tools, and observability decisions for production AI systems.
• Spearhead adoption of AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Strands/LangGraph agent frameworks.
• Develop long-term memory and context-management systems for multi-step engagements.
• Develop and maintain MCP servers and tool integrations relied on by agents (recon tools, scanners, exploit primitives, internal services).
• Improve reliability, cost-efficiency, and speed of agent reasoning.
• Establish standards for evaluations, tracing, and guardrails.
