Baker Hughes in Mexico City seeks a Project Development Senior Advisor to coordinate Mature Asset Solutions across product lines and cross‑functional teams, aligning subsurface field development concepts with integrated solutions for OFSE and IET.

You will lead multi‑disciplinary projects, manage risk, set KPIs, mentor teams, and build client relationships to deliver value for operators and service providers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences, Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in development support; 10+ years in asset management with oil and gas operators.
• Proven project-management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience integrating multiple product lines or functions in a large org.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive field-development approaches delivering value within contractual mandates.
• Integrate engineering from subsurface to surface with product lines and teams.
• Develop strategies to secure high-value field-management projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and executives.
• Lead, mentor and motivate cross-functional teams for accountability.
• Identify risks in integration and delivery; create mitigation plans.
• Design processes to streamline integration and support scalable growth.
• Define KPIs and reporting to monitor progress and drive improvement.
