Accenture PLC in Monterrey is seeking an experienced Active Directory & Identity Engineer with 15+ years of hands-on expertise to drive modernization and security across enterprise environments.

You will design, implement, and support AD DS, IAM, and hybrid identity architectures; lead workshops; automate with PowerShell; and guide clients through migrations and best practices, delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Active Directory experience.
• Strong PowerShell and automation skills.
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Authentication & Security Hardening
• PowerShell Automation
