CCSi, based in Guadalajara, is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage month-end close, general ledger accuracy, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA preferred (or CPA eligible).
• 3-7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
• Live in Guadalajara and can work on site.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month end and year end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Analyze the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis on budget vs. actual results and provide insight into financial trends.
• Support the controller with year end audit procedures and testing
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and asset tracking.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes through data gathering and analytical review.
• Coordinate and prepare audit support schedules for internal and external auditors.
• Monitor and enhance internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures.
• Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of accounting operations.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, payroll, and operations teams to resolve accounting issues.
• Support ERP system maintenance, upgrades, and process automation initiatives.
• Experience in Healthcare.
• Familiarity with process automation or financial systems projects.
• Knowledge of financial controls frameworks (internal audit environments).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
