Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in Mexico City is seeking a Finance Specialist to support Order to Cash (OTC) workflows, performing cash application, reconciling receivables, and ensuring contract adherence.

You will work with SAP/S4HANA, maintain customer accounts, generate reports, and assist with remittance issues and WHT/Forex adjustments. Fluency in English is required, and prior media industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Fluent in English mandatory.
• Experience with SAP/S4HANA preferred.
• Knowledge of OTC process and accounts receivable.
• Media industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply cash received to customer accounts or follow up with customers regarding past-due payments.
• Assist with incoming customer payment allocation requests.
• Initiate customer refund requests.
• Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
• Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances.
• Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies.
• Create regular reports to accurately track financial information.
• Test new implementations and changes to the SAP system environment.
• Follow-up on remittances with customers and understanding of adjustments in payments like WHT, Forex impact.
