Corning Inc. in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations, protect employees and assets, and coordinate with internal leaders and external agencies.

The role supervises security personnel, supports investigations, and strengthens site security programs to mitigate risk and drive performance. You will work with site leadership and contract security providers to ensure coverage and service delivery, while implementing security policies and training to

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a security or leadership role.
• Previous experience supervising teams or leading security operations.
• Strong decision-making skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide clear direction to others.
• Positive attitude, strong initiative, and a results-oriented work ethic.
