Corning Incorporated in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks a Senior Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and align with delivery, uptime, and cost targets. You will coordinate resources, mentor operators and engineers, manage changeovers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Advanced English is required; a Engineering degree and leadership experience are essential.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience as a frontline supervisor or team leader in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Proven experience driving continuous improvement or operational performance initiatives; Green Belt or similar certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of process control, process discipline, and manufacturing systems
  • 1 to 3 years as a people leader, including performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Proven experience applying workplace safety practices and health standards in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience participating in new product introduction and ramp-up in a manufacturing setting
  • Understanding of cost management and profitability in plant operations, with experience in cost reduction initiatives
  • Advanced English proficiency

As a Senior Production Supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with established quality and process standards. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, guiding plant teams, and supporting operational goals related to delivery, uptime, throughput, and cost performance.
