Syntax is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead a portfolio of security initiatives across a global security organization and client engagements. You will drive project execution, manage dependencies and risks across multiple workstreams, and ensure governance and reporting discipline to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity-focused projects in large enterprises.
• Experience in a CISO organization or managed security services.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and dependencies.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of security projects across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain consolidated portfolio view, risks and priorities.
• Support sprint planning and delivery tracking in Detection Engineering.
• Coordinate Security Engineering, Operations, Governance teams.
• Deliver program reporting to security leadership.
• Ensure governance, compliance, risk-management frameworks.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and dashboards.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions across projects.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions.
• Prepare high-quality documentation.
