Job summary

Syntax is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead a portfolio of security initiatives across a global team. The role focuses on delivering projects with strong governance, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate brings cybersecurity project management experience within enterprise settings, proven coordination of multiple workstreams, and the ability to drive accountability across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing cybersecurity projects in mid-to-large enterprises.
• Experience in a CISO organization or managed security services.
• Proven ability coordinating multiple concurrent projects and dependencies.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a portfolio of security projects and initiatives.
• Maintain a consolidated view of the security project portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Security Engineering, Operations, Governance, and Service Management.
• Bridge project discipline with technical delivery needs to ensure outcomes.
• Provide regular programme-level reporting to security leadership.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk-management practices are followed.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards.
