Syntax is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead a portfolio of security projects and initiatives across a global security organization and customer-facing engagements. This role drives project execution, dependencies, and risk management with strong governance and reporting discipline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cybersecurity-focused project management in large enterprises.
• Experience in a CISO organization or managed security services delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a portfolio of security projects and initiatives across global teams.
• Maintain a consolidated view of the portfolio, tracking dependencies, risks, and priorities.
• Support sprint planning and delivery tracking for security initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Security Engineering, Operations, Governance, and Service Management.
• Provide clarity and structure bridging project execution with technical delivery.
• Deliver programme-level reporting to security leadership.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk-management frameworks are followed.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions across concurrent projects.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with technical and non-technical audiences.
