Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Senior Manager, Security Operations to lead Mexico City and LATAM security programs. You will mentor security professionals, align local practices with global standards, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to protect people and assets.

You will oversee emergency response, event security, executive protection, investigations, and risk mitigation, while guiding vendors and regional security initiatives across the LATAM region to ensure resilience and safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate security or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience leading security programs, training, vendor performance, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of physical security operations, emergency response, and investigations.
• Willingness to travel within LATAM and to the US as needed.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and provide visible leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations for Mexico City and LATAM; mentor teams.
• Coordinate with internal partners and service providers to meet objectives.
• Ensure alignment with global security standards while adapting to local laws.
• Manage access control, CCTV, guards, and site vulnerability programs.
• Plan and execute emergency response, drills, and after-action reviews.
• Develop security plans for events and executive movements.
• Monitor risks, conduct investigations, and support workplace violence prevention.
• Oversee regional security budget, vendors, and KPIs.
