O&M Halyard Latinoamérica in Nogales, MX, seeks a Security & K-9 Unit Supervisor to lead daily security operations, manage officers, and oversee the site’s K-9 program, ensuring safety of people, property and assets across La Ada de Acuna Nogales Plant and Owens & Minor de Mexico Nogales Offices.

The role requires advanced English and at least 3 years in security supervision and K-9 handling, with a focus on compliance with CTPAT and AEO guidelines and incident management.

Formación

• Advanced English required.
• At least 3 years of security supervision and K-9 experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily security operations and manage security officers.
• Coordinate with Systems Security Supervisor to align physical security with security technology systems.
• Supervise, direct and train security personnel to ensure proper performance.
• Monitor operations for policy and procedure compliance.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and investigations.
• Coordinate investigations using video surveillance, access control records and other security data.
• Lead K-9 unit deployment and inspections and ensure canine health and welfare.
