Clara is seeking an Early Career Security Engineer to rotate across the security function in the first year, with real ownership from the first month. You’ll secure the AI posture, manage cloud security on AWS and GCP, and contribute to secure code and CI/CD practices.

Your role includes detection, response and triage work, plus learning from a senior team in a fast-moving fintech environment across the Americas.

Formación

• 1–2 years in security or related role.
• Experience with AWS or GCP identities, IAM and network controls.
• Comfort with CLI, logs, and common programming languages (Python, JavaScript) to spot security issues.
• Familiarity with log query languages (SPL, KQL) or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate across the security function in the first year with ownership from month one.
• Define guardrails to secure AI usage without blocking adoption.
• Triage findings and operate on SIEM data and alerts.
• Review CI/CD pipelines for secure-by-default patterns and secrets handling.
• Investigate alerts, reconstruct timelines, and document evidence clearly.
